brasero-common software package provides Common files for the Brasero CD burning application and library, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install brasero-common
brasero-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the brasero-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep brasero-common *
You will get with brasero-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
